Meditation evenings 

Mondays and Wednesdays, 7.15-9.00 pm (class starts 7.45 pm)

An opportunity group meditation practise, meditation instructors are available to answer questions about your practise.

Ziji – Young meditators group (ages 18-30’s) 

1st and 3rd Tuesday evenings of the month, 7.00-9.00 pm (See Monthly Calendar for dates)

Learn meditation, engage in open discussion and socialise with like-minded people.

Morning Meditation

Tuesdays, 7.00-8.00 am (please note, this early session is not currently running)

Tuesdays,  9.30-10.30 am

Get the day off to the best of starts by balancing and focusing your mind through the practice of mindfulness meditation.

Mid-day Meditation

Thursdays, 1.00-2.00 pm

Find time to relax and refocus – Join us for some lunchtime meditation.

Sunday Morning Monthly

Second Sunday every month, 9.30-12.30

An opportunity to engage in deep practice. These sessions will begin with morning chants to set our aspiration for the session and will close with Maitri Bhavana – a traditional practice for developing compassion for others.

All of these will provide an excellent introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation. If you feel inspired to engage in more comprehensive and ongoing training in using the practice of meditation for personal transformation, then we offer a progressively more advanced series of evening and weekend courses and retreats.
