Learn to Meditate – Introductory Evening Course

This four week introductory evening course is designed to bring the simple yet profound practice of meditation into your everyday life. It is an opportunity to learn and practice meditation with a qualified meditation teacher in a supportive environment.

Shambhala Training Level 1: Feel Human Again* – Weekend Retreat

It is the Shambhala view that every human being has a fundamental nature of goodness, warmth and intelligence. Through the practice of meditation, we begin to glimpse that goodness is the unconditional ground of our existence. This course is the first in the ‘Way of Shambhala‘ series of programmes.

Contentment in Everyday Life – Evening Course

In this five week evening course, meditation practice and the Shambhala teachings guide us to recognise that we are basically good and worthy as we are. This insight is key to finding contentment within ourselves.
