Mid-day Meditation

Having a stressful morning? Need to refocus for an important afternoon meeting? Then join us for some mid-day mindfulness meditation.

These one-hour sessions, minutes away from Clapham Common station, will begin with 10 minutes of guided meditation instruction and will also include a short period of walking meditation half way through.

1.00-2.00pm (please arrive by 12.55 pm).
