Being Mindful Graduate Hub
Being Mindful are excited to launch our new Mindfulness Graduate Hub in autumn 2017, run by Tessa Watt and Debbie Johnson.
This is for you if you’ve done a beginner mindfulness course (MBSR/MBCT) and would like to continue and deepen your practice, and connect with others. We welcome anyone who has completed the standard 8-week mindfulness course or equivalent, whether with Being Mindful or with another teacher.
We will be holding regular drop-in events at the London Shambhala Meditation Centre in Clapham. See below for all the details. No need to book – just come along!
Please note that the practices and approach will be based on the traditions known as Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and so are only appropriate for those who have done the basic training in MBSR/ MBCT.
