Mindful Walking

Mindfulness is not just something we can do on a meditation cushion – pretty much any activity can be done with a sense of being present and fully alive to the experience. We are occasionally hosting mindful walks – an opportunity to explore some of the more beautiful parts of the city and appreciate their beauty with our sense perceptions fully engaged. We will spend some time in silence, and of course will also have the chance to have mindul conversation and enjoy each others company.
