4. Community Exploration/Brainstorming
There was discussion on how we go forward now that we have made the decision that the Sakyong will not be the primary teacher in our Centre.  JH had organised an informal meeting in November with members of the Tantra Group and some members of Ziji.  Cailin has produced notes from that meeting.  JH will circulate the papers from that meeting and will circulate.  (The original idea was to have more meetings)

5. P & E Post
We welcomed Katrina Woolley in her new role and P & E Assistant.  Katrina has been doing her training with Jez and will work on the database, e-mails and Google Ads on a regular basis but feels she will have more time to expand into other areas.
SWOT Analysis
Each team will prepare a SWOT analysis to present at the Council meeting

Strengths:

Working as a team – the responsibility does not fall on only one person

Inclusive to all

Weaknesses:

Not having someone to take the reins

Things are not always getting done with no-one leading

No overall vision

No clear picture of where we’re going

Opportunities:

Getting more people involved

Brainstorming meetings to include the ideas from the community

Threats:

Lack of commitment from team members

Divisiveness

Lack of responsibility among team members

Workload becoming unmanageable

Division arising due to lack of one person acting as a moderator
