    We all get stressed, often in our work, and sometimes it can be overwhelming.  Mindfulness practice has been scientifically shown to alleviate stress, and in this talk we will learn both the science of stress and various mindfulness practices which can help us cope better when we're stressed.   
    Robert Chender has been a teacher in the Shambhala tradition for over 30 years.  He is also a teacher of Search Inside Yourself, the mindfulness and emotional intelligence programme developed at Google, and is a frequent presenter to businesses and non-profits about mindfulness in the workplace.  Robert practices law at a major New York law firm.
