What does it mean to be a warrior in today's society? Many traditions have a concept of  human bravery that stems from a place of innate wisdom – from King Arthur to the Shaolin monks and Samurai of Asia. The key to warriorship is not being afraid of who you are – this is the ultimate in bravery. In these sessions we will explore the relationship between bravery and our innate wisdom, how we can connect with that wisdom, what we can do to bring wisdom into everyday life and how we can bravely face life's challenges. Each session will include meditation, a short talk, and lots of opportunity for interactive discussion.

The cost is £20 for the 4 weeks, or £5 per session if joining after the course has started.
