The turn of the year can be a challenging time and yet is  also a good moment to pause and  find renewed strength and consolation in our practice. Please join us once again to explore how we can approach the new year with a spirit of bravery and adventure.

Silent contemplative lunches will be provided. There will be daily guided instruction & short talks and readings about Shamatha-Vipassyana meditation, as also about courage and compassion. There will also be opportunities for one-on-one meditation interviews.

Please note: Numbers will be capped and priority will go to those committing to attending all three days.

About the Teacher

Peter Conradi is a senior teacher who has led many retreats in France (DCL), in Poland and in Wales. He is English Professor Emeritus at Kingston University, and the author of many books including Going Buddhist and Iris Murdoch: A Life. He is an elected fellow of the Royal Society of Literature.

Payment Terms and Conditions

Please register and pay in full on registration, please ensure you click on the relevant price option to go through to PayPal where you can also pay by credit/debit card. Cancellation up to 1 week before the programme will receive a full refund, after that there will be a £20 fee charged for cancellation up until 28th December after which no refund is granted.
