Morning Meditation

Studies have shown that mindfulness meditation reduces stress, increases concentration, helps us appreciate our lives more, and gives us greater self-awareness. So come along and begin your day with an extended period of meditation practice.

These one-hour sessions, minutes away from Clapham Common station, will begin with 10 minutes of guided meditation instruction and will also include a short period of walking meditation half way through (which could also be a good time to leave if you need to get to work!)

Tuesday mornings:9.00-10.00 am
