    Room: Lamledra Retreat Cornwall

A six-day retreat at Lamledra House on the south Cornwall coast, Sun 15th – Sat 21st October 2017, led by senior Shambhala teacher Dorothea Gädeke supported by Tessa Watt as Meditation Instructor.

The Sanskrit term “citta” means “heart”, “bodhi” means “completely open.” With Bodhicitta practices we start to learn to trust our innate compassion for all sentient beings, and how to love ourselves - and each other. When our heart is full, we naturally long to express ourselves. Expanding our open heart into singing and other sounds has always been a way to express our inspiration, and we will practice this.

No previous knowledge is needed. The retreat is open to both beginners and more advanced meditation practitioners.

Lamledra (http://lamledrahouse.co.uk/index.htm) is a spacious Edwardian house in a secluded setting overlooking the sea, in an area of outstanding natural beauty.
