
Monday Evening Meditation Online
During this period while the Shambhala Centre is closed, we will be offering online Meditation sessions on Zoom.
Monday evenings will now be simple practice based evenings with sitting meditation and breaks for stretching, mindful movement and maybe a short reading. There will be a session of guided meditation available to anyone who is new to meditation.
