About Shambhala Teachings Weekend 5

Shambhala Training weekends can offer us, in a dark time, the skilful means to cheer up, calm down, and celebrate our lives. Through the power and magic of meditation practice we rediscover aloneness and community. Both fuel our journey. We learn to trust the natural qualities of spontaneous wakefulness and openness; and with Open Sky to relax into the vast spaciousness of our minds and pay close attention to the world around us.
