Please join us for our Wednesday weekly drop in meditation sessions, open to all:
Wednesdays Arrival and tea 7.15pm, Meditation 7.45 – 9pm
Downstairs in the main hall we will have drop in sitting and walking meditation without instruction.
Upstairs we will have meditation instruction and exploration by an experienced instructor, time to sit and the opportunity to discuss and ask questions. Newcomers are asked to join this group to receive instruction.
